These terms and conditions may also be updated at any time without notice. Use of this site and purchases of products offered for sale here are subject to the terms and conditions posted on the site at the time of your visit. The copyright in all website design , text, graphics and software belongs to us, our affiliates and our suppliers. No material from our website may be copied, reproduced, distributed or published in print or digital format for commercial use.
1. Ordering:
1.1 Once you have placed an order with us and your payment has been authorised by your card provider, we will send you an email to confirm your order.
1.2 It is important you check the products, quantities and prices at this time as we are only able to amend your order prior to dispatch.
1.3 Any amendments made to an order after dispatch will incur further delivery costs.
1.4 The email of order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order which occurs when we dispatch the goods to you. In the unlikely event where factors such as high risk fraud screening results, unexpected stock availability issues or logistical challenges are present, we may need to contact you and offer an alternative service, product or cancel your order prior to dispatch. These are all unlikely circumstances and we will always work with our customers to find acceptable solutions should any issues outside of our control arise.
1.5 We recommend that our customers order 10% extra tiles to cover wastage whilst installing. This should avoid the risk of extra tiles purchased at a later date not matching the original shade and calibre along with additional delivery charges.
1.6 Please note that we do not take any responsibility for minor variations in different batches manufactured and photos displayed on our website.
1.7 It is customer's responsibility to check correct quantity is ordered for your project. We recommend ordering 10% Extra to cover wastage.
1.8 All our pricing is per square metre unless explicitly stated.
1.9 Due to COVID there could be unforeseen delays in delivery and we cannot accept any responsibility for Losses because of delays even though we will take every care to provide faster service. Fitters should NOT be booked until you receive your products.

3. Delivery Info:
Most of our deliveries are made on pallets and these will always be delivered “kerbside”. This means your products will be left secured to the pallet at the nearest external location to the property which has a flat hard surface leading from the delivery vehicle. Please be aware the delivery is made by a third party delivery company and the driver will not be able to assist in unloading the pallet or helping to bring the goods inside your property. Some boxes weigh in excess of 30kg each and we recommend ensuring you have arranged help on the day of delivery if you need it. We do strongly recommend that you should order your products well in advance of your planned installation date and we will not under any circumstance be held liable for financial losses resulting from late or incorrect deliveries. We cannot deliver to all locations outside mainland, so please check before placing orders for outside UK MAINLAND.
4. Website Content:
All descriptive text, images, specifications and other content on our website is for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the customer via our website, over the phone and face to face are approximate and intended as a guide only. We always endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are correct, although advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources prior to ordering products and any work to be carried out.
5. Returns and Refunds:
We hope that you will be pleased with the products that you have bought from ARKS Factory Outlet. If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us within 48 hours in re-saleable condition, in its full original carton/box and the range is still for sale via our website. There will be a restocking charge of 25% of the goods returned. If you require ARKS to arrange the collection of products to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your products).If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, ARKS reserves the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.If your products sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect, you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging.If any of your order has gone missing, you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods so we can assist you further.In the unlikely event of goods being lost, damaged or stolen whilst in the process of being returned to us, you as the customer will be responsible.
5.2 Refunds can take upto 10 business days for banks to settle payments.
5.3 We reserve right to cancel order and process refund if a payment is flagged for review by our payment provider
5.4 Refunds are only acceptable for damaged goods. Orders placed in error by customer with wrong sizes and specifications will not be eligible for Refunds. It will be reviewed case by case basis.
